Sous Chef position supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading a culinary team in a busy restaurant.
As the Sous Chef, you will be the second-in-command in a dynamic kitchen environment, assisting the Head Chef with food preparation, service, and staff management. You'll lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensure food quality and safety standards, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
