Candidate Requirements
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a back-of-house role or similar within a retail environment2
Experience in a store leadership or key holder role, supporting and motivating a team to achieve results, preferred3
Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail4
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset5
Commitment and a team focused approach to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience6
