Candidate Requirements

3+ years of experience in a managerial capacity within a cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue

Strong barista skills and in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated experience with ordering systems, efficient staff rostering, and basic financial management
