About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will assist in various store areas, from customer service to back-of-house operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient stock delivery. You'll work in a dynamic retail environment, supporting merchandising and maintaining store policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance.
  • Assist managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
