Lead one of Melbourne’s most iconic craft beer venues, managing a large, fast-paced venue with a strong hospitality focus. You'll drive business growth, elevate the functions arm, and build a passionate team while ensuring seamless service and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a dynamic front-of-house team with a strong hospitality focus
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including service, compliance and safety
- Drive function sales and growth, working closely with marketing and events team
- Help coordinate brewery tours and build strong ties with the brewers
- Oversee local marketing, social media and corporate engagement to grow the venue
